Effective July 3, 2026. These terms cover this site and how work begins. Each project gets its own signed agreement. If the two differ, the agreement wins.
Services
TaskForce offers the AI Optimization Audit, fixed-price builds, guided own-builds, the Course, and managed monthly operations. Current tiers and pricing are listed at taskforce.work/pricing. Work starts once both sides sign a written agreement. It sets the scope, the price, and what we deliver.
Prices
Engagements are fixed-price. The price agreed in writing is the price paid. Scope changes are agreed before they happen, never billed after.
Ownership
You own it once the final payment clears, unless your agreement says otherwise. That covers the system we installed, the model it runs, and the data it handles. We keep our own methods, templates, and tools.
What we promise, and what we don't
We deliver what the signed agreement describes. Every install must pass our security gate before it ships. We do not promise business results. The hours you get back depend on your business. That is why the audit measures first.
The website

Liability
Where the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped. The cap is what you paid for the work the claim relates to.
