Terms of Service

Effective June 9, 2026

These terms govern use of this website and booking through it. Client engagements are governed by the written scope and agreement you receive before any build starts — that document controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Bookings & payments

• Strategy calls are scheduled through Cal.com. Any deposit shown at booking is processed by Stripe under its own terms.
• Deposits are credited toward an engagement if we proceed. If we determine on the call that agents are not a fit for your business, the deposit is refunded in full.
• Rescheduling and cancellation windows are shown at the time of booking.

What this site is

• Content on this site is information about the studio's services, not professional advice for your specific situation.
• Service descriptions, timelines, and example outcomes describe how we work; the binding version of any engagement is your written scope.

Client portal

• Portal access is provided to active and past clients. Keep your sign-in email secure; sessions are personal to you.
• We may suspend portal access to protect the platform or other clients.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy, and the Task Force name and mark belong to the studio. Ownership of work product built for clients is defined in each engagement agreement.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the studio's aggregate liability arising from use of this website is limited to the amount you paid through it in the preceding 12 months.
