You'll know what I'll build, the test it has to pass and the price, in writing, before you pay anything. If it doesn't pass the test we agree on, I fix it at no extra cost.

How a build runs.
A free 30-minute sit-down
In person around Asheville, or by video. You tell me what you need and how you handle it today. Nothing to prepare.
Scoped at the table
Before we're done, you'll know if it's a fit, what I'll build, the test it has to pass, the price and the date. You get the one-page spec in writing within two hours.
Your yes
You pay when you say yes to the spec.
I build it with AI
As soon as you send what the spec lists, like an invite to each account, I build it and test it on your real work, with nothing sent to your customers. When it passes and you approve it, it goes live. If it misses, I fix it and test it again at no extra cost.
Yours to run
Everything in your name, a short video on making changes yourself, and 30 days of fixes. If you want, I keep it running after that, month to month.
The sit-down
When we sit down, I'll ask:
Thirty minutes, free, and nothing to prepare. Then we write it down together.
- What do you need, in your words?
- How do you handle it now, and who does it?
- What does "done" look like? That becomes the test.
- Which tools does it touch, and does it touch anything sensitive, like client, health or money records?
- What do you want to spend? I'll scope what fits.
- Who says yes, and does anyone else need to sign off first, like a franchise or a board?
Within two hours, you have it on one page: what I'll build, the test, the price and the date.
How the price works
Built to your budget, priced before I start.
Tell me what you want to spend, and I'll scope what fits. If the money's better spent somewhere else, I'll say so. You get one fixed price in writing before you pay anything. If you want me to keep it running after the 30 days of fixes, the monthly price is on the same one-page spec. No hourly billing and no yearly contract.
What I don't build
Where I'll say no.
I don't run ads. I build what they send people to, and the follow-up behind it. No computer repair or general IT. Nothing in payroll, medical records or credit decisions, and nothing where a wrong answer could do real harm before a person catches it. At clinics and firms, I build AI into the front desk, never the advice.

Will it get things wrong?
It can, so it's tested on your real work before it goes live, and nothing goes out in your name until you approve the rules and the wording. If it misses, I fix it and test it again at no extra cost.
Will it sound like a robot to my customers?
It uses your words. You approve every line before anything goes live, and anything that replies on its own follows rules you approve.
Who can see my information?
You invite me with my own login, never a shared password, and you can remove me any time. Your spec names every account and tool it uses, including any AI service, and everything stays in your name.
Do I need to buy new software?
Usually not. I start with the tools you already pay for, and many of them already have AI built in. If something new is worth it, your spec says what it costs, paid to that company directly.
What if I don't know what I need?
That's normal. Try the three taps on the home page, or just tell me what eats your week. Figuring out what's worth building is what the sit-down is for.
What if it breaks later?
Text me. The first 30 days of fixes are included. After that, I can keep it running month to month, or you run it yourself with the how-to video I leave you.
Do you only work around Asheville?
We sit down in person around Asheville. Anywhere else, we meet by video, and everything else works the same.
Big companies have a team for their website and AI. You've got me, and everything I build stays in your name.
